The Tree of Life (2011)

Terrence Malick’s latest film “The Tree of Life” depicts the central character, Jack (Sean Penn) recalling his childhood in 1950’s Waco (Texas) where he tries to resolve his feelings towards his brother’s untimely death, his overly strict father (Brad Pitt), and life in general.
